From an early age I was fascinated by the both the physical potential of the human body, and at the same time its fragility in the face of illness. Over the last 13 years I have studied to develop my understanding of the body, its strengths and its weaknesses to enable me, and the people I care for, to make the most of what they have.
I am deeply passionate and caring about my job and the potential of the human body and spirit to overcome the toughest of circumstances, helping clients with many different types of disability.
I really enjoy sharing my love of physical fitness, martial arts and sports with my family, and I am able to see the benefits for my children on both their general health and fitness as well as their mental well being.
For more than a decade I have been learning about how to work with different conditions and diagnoses. Here is a list of some of the conditions I have experience working with:
