Nicola has been a Sports/Deep tissue massage Therapist for 15 years and works with a huge variety of people for many different reasons such as; Young teenagers getting into their sports, Elderly preventing aches and pains, Clients managing stress aches and pains, Rehabilitation from accidents or injuries, Aches and pains from strenuous jobs as well as treating sports men and women from all sporting background, such as Kickboxing, Triathlons, Ironman athletes, Marathon runners, Body builders, Cyclists, Swimmers, Wrestlers, Ping Pong world champs, Bob sleigh athletes, the list can go on. Nicola is also qualified in medical Acupuncture and can use this as part of your treatment.


Claire trained at the Kent Sports Academy, receiving an active IQ level 3 qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy. Claire has been involved in sport from a young age competing in Athletics and moving onto kickboxing for many years. Claire decided to become a sports therapist through feeling the positive benefits of sports massage throughout her sporting career and how massage aided her recovery, not forgetting how wonderful it feels to have all your aches and pains eased away. Claire enjoys treating a wide variety of people not just sporty people but anyone who suffers from muscular pain and tension.


Natalie joins ProHealth Therapy Rooms as a highly trained professional with 14 years’ experience in massage therapy having worked as a Sports Therapist mainly in Chiropractic clinics and with Football Teams.  She achieved a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Therapy at the London Metropolitan University and holds a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science. Natalie has a strong background in Judo and Martial which is what led Natalie into sports therapy over 18 years ago with her fascination with getting the best results with herself and others in sport.


Steve has been a therapist for over 14 years and is a sports enthusiast and participates in a variety of sports. Steve has played competitive football for Gillingham and Sittingbourne football club and has completed 5 marathons at a competitive level. Steve enjoys setting himself goals and understands the importance of avoiding injuries and this is what led Steve to become a Sports Therapist, he works with a variety of clients ranging from office workers to elite athletes to people recovering from illness and stress and those who simply need a deep tissue massage to reduce tension and muscular aches and pains.
