  • 10 Week lifestyle change course: £450
    (Includes weekly guidance, Weekly health tips and diet plans, one personal training session per week for the 10 weeks and fitness and activity programs designed for you.The aim is by the end of the 10
    weeks your motivated, happy, eating well, training well and feeling much fitter and overall healthier. I also aim to find a sport or activity which you are going to be able to enjoy or maintain after the 10 sessions.)
