(Includes weekly guidance, Weekly health tips and diet plans, one personal training session per week for the 10 weeks and fitness and activity programs designed for you. The aim is by the end of the 10 weeks you will be motivated, happy, eating well, training well and feeling much fitter and overall healthier.
OUR 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any customer cancelling a treatment with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
