About YOUR THERAPISTs
Sunita is a integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means she uses a range of different tools to tailor the sessions for your needs. Sunita has worked in mental health and addiction since 2013. If appropriate you may briefly reflect back on childhood experiences and trauma at your own pace, to reflect present day behaviours and issues you maybe facing.
A few words from Sunita - Integrative Psychotherapist
My role is to listen and provide a safe space to explore your feelings. Together we will establish a treatment plan that suits your needs. Therapy provides a safe, non judgemental space to explore your feelings and your thoughts.
It is important to remember talking therapy is a means of self care, giving yourself time to reflect on your own needs just as much as we work on our health physically.
I work with a range of difficulties including, self esteem, self worth, self confidence, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, sleep problems and addictions, to name a few.
If you would like to book in please call ProHealth reception with your contact details and I will contact you for an informal chat, this is to discuss what your presenting issue is, this also gives you an opportunity to discuss any questions you have about therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Chantelle brings a unique perspective to her practice, as she has personally experienced the challenges of living with OCD. This first hand understanding allows her to empathise deeply with the struggles associated with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and compulsions. She will work with you to identify and challenge irrational thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, guiding you towards more helpful and rational perspectives.
