What is Reiki?

The method of Reiki that I use is the 'Usui' method named after Reiki's founder Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki can be very beneficial in helping to promote relaxation in times of stress, both physical and emotional. Regular treatments will help to release blocked energy pathways and help your body to naturally heal itself. Reiki can be especially beneficial during times of stress, anxiousness, tiredness and overall shock and trauma. Reiki can help to create that calmness we all need in our lives. It is a non invasive treatment and you shall remain fully clothed throughout your treatment.
