Simon graduated from the Glasgow School of Chiropody and Podiatry in 1986, he went on to work for the Maidstone Health Authority/Mid Kent Health Care Trust as a senior team leader of the Diabetic foot service until 1999. Simon then started his own full time private practice.
Simon has continued is studying along the way and has undertaken a post grad training in diabetes and biomechanics. Simon then continued his studying and has completed a MSc Theory of Podiatric Surgery at Queen Margret University Edinburgh.
His main interests lie in minor foot surgery and diabetic foot care. Simon may use local anaesthetic to ensure patient pain free experience.
As part of Simon's Masters Programme he is now qualified to supply prescription only medicines as part of a consultation where indicated. This includes antibiotic cover to reduce risk of infection.
Simon is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) which is the regulating body for all Chiropodists/Podiatrists, maintaining standards that safe guard the public.
